# About Merakii Seaview Escape

Merakii Seaview Escape is a small, owner-run guest property on Piscaderaweg in
Willemstad, Curaçao. The whole place is five self-catering units, a pool, and an
outdoor bar, looked after day to day by the owner rather than by a front-desk rota.
Guests deal with a person, usually the same person, from the first message to
check-out.

## The units

Every unit has its own kitchen or kitchenette, so stays work as well for a
two-week island trip as for a weekend. The mix covers a two-queen junior suite, a
king junior suite, a one-bedroom suite, a two-bedroom suite, and a penthouse,
sleeping two to six guests each. Sea-view balconies, air conditioning, smart TVs,
and complimentary Wi-Fi are standard. Longer stays, adjoining-unit arrangements,
and whole-property buyouts are handled directly by the owner.

## The location

The property is on the Piscadera side of Willemstad, west of the historic
downtown: close enough to reach the Punda and Otrobanda districts, the Queen Emma
pontoon bridge, and the harbour restaurants, while still being a short drive from
the beaches and dive sites along that coast. Most guests rent a car or use taxis,
and the owner can coordinate car rental and point you at local diving contacts.

## Booking direct

Reservations are taken through the property's own booking engine, and questions
are answered in English, Dutch, and Spanish. Booking direct means you are talking
to the property itself rather than a reseller, so special requests, late arrivals,
and multi-unit bookings can actually be arranged.
